Los notarios del olvido: Memoria y silencio. La antropofagia discursiva de Mazurca para dos muertos de Camilo José Cela
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article attempts an analysis of the configuration of memory in Camilo José Cela's Mazurca para dos muertos, based on the outburst of voices that can be traced throughout the text. The complex use of polyphony in this novel admits a reading focused on the way that the presence and absence of communication become central axes in the orchestration of a particular history of the Civil War. This history emerges from the fragmentation caused by the selective character of memories.
